Dylan LaFe'
Founder & CEO
Dylan LaFe's passion for interior design began when he was a small child, often watching HGTV rather than cartoons. Although, he more formally entered the industry when he started his career in real estate. Dylan has been in the residential real estate industry as a Realtor / Transaction Manager since 2013. Although his primary goal was to facilitate transactions, he often would perform home staging jobs and room renovations on the side. Dylan’s eye for improving the overall value of the home using design techniques quickly gained him a positive reputation.
Dylan attended Montclair State University, graduating summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate. In 2018, he then started working for FEM Real Estate, a boutique real estate development, and investment firm. He was promoted twice during his time there and ended up as a manager of the company. One of his primary responsibilities was leading the design team on the company’s newest development: South Beach at Long Branch. Dylan worked with architects, manufacturers, vendors, and contractors to facilitate design choices and selections. He advised ownership and ultimately designed many of the common areas and model units. You can learn more about this project under the “Projects” tab.
Dylan LaFe specializes in high-end interior design and project management. Dylan worked alongside the sales director and president at FEM Real Estate and played a crucial role in selling these waterfront skyhomes. He also worked with the construction company, Cornerstone Construction Services, as a project manager. Dylan was commissioned to be in charge of all design features of South Beach while also supervising installations and the overall progress of the building. His extensive knowledge in design coupled with his experience in project management and sales has made him a valuable asset for developers.
After working on such a high-end project, Dylan was soon recognized for his hard work, dedication, and a keen eye when it came to the high-end style of the building. As he began to be approached by unit-holders, he founded LaFe Designs in 2020 to begin serving clients, both at South Beach and externally.
